HUD CoC NOFO 2026 – Pasco County Local Competition Material
The Coalition for the Homeless of Pasco County, Inc. (CHPC), as the Collaborative Applicant and Lead Agency for the Pasco County Continuum of Care (CoC FL-519), is pleased to announce the release of HUD’s FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).

Entities considering submitting an application to be considered for funding should review the RFA in detail, submit the Letter of Intent Form, participate in the Application Workshop, and meet all deadlines and requirements.

The Coalition for the Homeless of Pasco County, Inc., as the Pasco County Continuum of Care’s (CoC) HUD Collaborative Applicant, is honored to release the HUD CoC Builds Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Local Competition material. This CoC Builds funding is intended to add new units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) for individuals and families experiencing homelessness through new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation.
THIS NOFO SHOULD NOT BE CONFUSED WITH THE HUD COC COMPETITION NOFO THAT WAS JUST COMPLETED.

Instructions: Upon opening the link you will see a folder that holds many documents. Upon opening that folder, please start with the document labeled: “NOFO 2024 – FL-519 – Local Comp – 1. Request for Applications”. This will guide you through the other material. Any project that hasn’t previously been awarded would be considered a “New Project” and will utilize Appendix B. Next to each document, on the right hand side, are three (3) dots. Clicking the three (3) dots allows you to download the document.
